Johnny Smith is originally from Rock Hill, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University. He has over 30 years' experience in the foodservice sales industry, working with JA Richardson Compmany and Sara Lee before joining Sharin' Foodservice in 1986. In 2010, when the founding sales agencies merged to create Paramount Marketing Group, he was named President & CEO.
In 2014, he became a founding partner of the Affinity Group, where he serves on their board of directors. In addition to the Affinity Group's board, Johnny is also on the board of the Food Service Marketing Association (FSMA) and Camp Cherokee of the Rock Hill, Y.M.C.A.
Johnny and his wife Karen have 4 grown children and a grandchild, and currently reside on Lake Wateree, SC. He loves the Clemson Tigers and the Carolina Panthers, in that order.
Doug Nobert, Paramount's CFO, lives in Memphis, TN with his wife, Angela, and two daughters, Kacey and McKenzie. He attended undergrad at Ole Miss and earned his MBA Finance from Memphis State University. He has over 25 years' experiences in the foodservice business, serving as the President of Nobert Marketing for 16 years before merging to create Paramount Marketing Group.
Doug enjoys running, CrossFit, golf, skiing, travelling, and cheering for the Ole Miss Rebels & Memphis Grizzlies.
David Clark, President of Paramount Marketing, graduated from the University of Tennessee and began his foodservice career with the Carnation Company. His career path within the sales agency side of the business has included many roles including Operator Specialist, Account Executive, Client Manager, Market Manager, and Regional President.
He enjoys cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers and Tennessee Titans as well as traveling, fitness, gardening, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Vice President Sysco Sales
Gary Nobert, Vice President of Sysco Sales, graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and began his career with his family business, Nobert Marketing. In 2010 Nobert Marketing merged with other foodservice sales agencies across the Southeast to form Paramount Marketing Group.
Gary enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Karen, and three kids, Myers, Hayes, and Ellie.
Megan Teates, SNS
Vice President of K-12 and Non-Commercial
Megan Teates began her career in the foodservice industry with Aramark after graduating from Clemson University. She began working with Sharin' Foodservice, one of the founding agencies of PMG, in 1998 and became PMG's Director of K12 in 2014. SHe now serves as the company's Vice President of K-12 and Non-Commercial business.
She enjoys traveling, boating, playing golf, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers with her husband, Randy.
Pete Skrocki, Florida Market President, is originally from Six Mile, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University. He began his foodservice career with Sharin' Foodservice, one of Paramount's founding sales agencies, in 1987 and was named Florida Regional President in 2012.
Pete enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathlene, and two kids, Stephen and Cecilia, sailing, home renovation projects, and of coursing, cheering for the Clemson Tigers!
Ryan Lafaye, Market President of Louisiana and Mississippi, is an alumnus of Louisiana State University as well as the Culinary Arts School at Delgado College. He has 30 years' experience in the brokerage business, beginning with Gulf States Foodservice.
An avid fan of the LSU Tigers, he also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
